On this episode, I had a chance to chat with Andy Molinsky.  Andy is a tenured professor of organizational behavior and psychology at Brandeis University’s International Business School, and an expert on a number of topics, including creating and leading high functioning global virtual teams, managing a diverse workforce, and more generally speaking, helping individuals, teams, and leaders achieve their potential by learning to step outside their comfort zones.  Andy is also the author of the new book Reach with Penguin Random House about acting outside your comfort zone – why it’s so hard, how we avoid doing it, and how to be more successful at it.
