YB is the President and Chief Connecting Officer of YBConnects, LLC, a Richmond, VA-based consulting firm that enhances the confidence, clarity & connections of new entrepreneurs, sales professionals, and students; while increasing their visibility, credibility and profitability. YB strives to create awareness, empower leaders, promote philanthropy and facilitate connections that lead to outstanding outcomes. As a Master of Prospecting, YB teaches his clients how to leverage tools like LinkedIn to attract quality referrals, opportunities and revenue.

He recently co-authored a book with Les Brown, Dr. George Fraser and 30 other speakers entitled “SPEAK UP! The Ultimate Guide to Dominate in the Speaking Industry” where his chapter focused on helping Speakers to leverage LinkedIn to increase their Network and Net Worth. During his career, YB’s efforts have directly impacted organizations such as 120 Design Studio, Eric Thomas & Associates, The Ransome Group, Harvey Law Office, Decoding Millennials Podcast, the INROADS Mid-Atlantic Region, and the Virginia Union University National Alumni Association.

In addition to being a Connector, Consultant & Coach, YB is sought after by colleges, universities and professional organizations such as the Black Speakers Network, GRINDATION, Breathe University and Old Dominion University to train their constituents on topics ranging from Relationship Marketing & Prospecting to How to have Confidence & Power when using LinkedIn. YB also serves as the Community Outreach Representative for Centura College, a Career/Trade School, located in North Chesterfield, that promotes Skilled Trades and Allied Health Education.
